TEST RESULTS - you will need to BOOK A FOLLOW-UP APPOINTMENT with the doctor who ordered the tests. This appointment is considered as another consultation and will not necessarily be bulk-billed. Due to privacy and confidentiality, these details cannot be provided over the phone and can only be done so by your doctor. Hampstead Medical will not routinely send SMS to let you know that your results are available, unless it is something that needs to be dealt with in a non-urgent basis.
SCRIPTS - an appointment is required, either in-person or telehealth (if eligible). Please book your appointment via our reception staff or online booking. Scripts, including repeats, cannot be printed without a consultation with your doctor.
ALL REFERRALS - an appointment is required, either in-person or telehealth (if eligible)
CARE PLANS - it is necessary to book an initial consultation with your doctor to discuss best possible options. This will be followed by an appointment with the nurse on a different day. Care Plans and Consultations CANNOT be done together as per Medicare guidelines.
